In 2021, after 11 years of single motherhood, I found myself in a beautiful partnership and fresh in postpartum. Despite my loving partner being more than willing to help he, like so many, came into parenthood undereducated and left with little resources for support. That is when I had to dig deep and discovered that I could rely on two of my most hard-won life lessons. First, I had to trust my practical and innate knowledge of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting knowledge to lead me to success. And two, that what women do in these transformational life moments is 100% bonafide practical magic. I used these principles to guide myself and my family to a successful and abundant new family dynamic. From this birth, came Healing the Hearth.

With Healing the Hearth, I am honored to offer traditional and virtual Doula services (including postpartum), birth education, and parenting support. Leaning into the sweet in-between of practical knowledge and undeniable magic, I lead women and their families to deeply nourishing and positive birth and parenting experiences.
